1General Provisions

2Account & Registration

The information required during registration includes your full name, date of birth, an active mobile number or email address, and a password of your choice. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and should combine letters, numbers, and special characters.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Topx support immediately.

• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same device or IP address within the same household.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on Topx can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum single deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

4Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a set multiple of your bonus before you can withdraw. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawing. The exact conditions are listed on each offer's page.

All bonus offers have an expiry date. Any unused bonus is automatically cancelled once the offer expires. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, Topx's decision is final.

• If promotional abuse is suspected, Topx reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate the account.

11Right to Amend Terms
